Charmed by Redfern is all about ethical & original coffee, paired with high quality sustainable food in a relaxing atmosphere.
While the term itself is food sustainability is pretty broad, we're focused on bringing the best of philosophies like paddock to plate, ethical sourcing and food sustainability together. It starts in our kitchen by partnering with like-minded farmers, suppliers, growers and contractors to reduce our carbon footprint across the board. We're moving towards 100% recyclability (it's a work in progress) and providing an environment that allows all our customers to play their part.
The good news is, Charmed by Redfern proves beyond a doubt that sustainable strategies tend to result in more delicious food, better service and happier customers.
